By subscribing to and using the Vertical Tabs Beta Program, you agree to the following terms:
Access Token Restrictions
- Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access token
- Strictly Personal: Access tokens are strictly personal and must never be shared, distributed, disclosed, sold, or transferred to any third party under any circumstances
- Security: Treat your token as sensitive authentication information and keep it secure at all times
- Immediate Revocation: Tokens that are shared, leaked, compromised, or used for unauthorized purposes will be revoked immediately without prior notification or refund
Beta Build Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Redistributing: Sharing, distributing, uploading, or making beta builds available to anyone else through any means (including file sharing services, repositories, or direct transfer)
- Rebranding: Removing, modifying, or replacing the plugin’s name, branding, logos, or attribution
- Reselling: Selling, sublicensing, renting, or otherwise commercializing access to beta builds or features
- Modifying: Altering, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works from the beta builds
- Sharing: Providing access to beta builds to anyone who does not have their own valid beta subscription and access token
Violation of any of these restrictions will result in immediate and permanent token revocation without refund.
Licensing and Usage
- Per-User License: Beta access is licensed per individual user only—not per organization, team, or group
- Personal Devices Only: You may install beta builds on your own personal devices, but each person who uses the beta must have their own individual subscription
- Work Projects: You may use beta versions for work projects on your personal devices, but each team member or colleague requires their own separate subscription
- No Sharing Permitted: You cannot share your access token or beta builds with others
User Responsibilities
- Token Security: You assume full responsibility for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your access token
- Subscription Status: You must maintain an active subscription to continue accessing beta builds
- Security Consequences: Any modifications to plugin code, despite security warnings, are made entirely at your own risk and responsibility
- Third-Party Software: You are responsible for any third-party plugins, applications, or software on your system that may interact with, interfere with, or compromise the beta plugin or your personal data security
- Full Compliance: You must follow all guidelines, restrictions, and policies outlined in this documentation
Service Terms
- No Refunds: All subscriptions are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to policy violations, token revocations, service discontinuation, or dissatisfaction with the service
- No Prior Notice: We reserve the right to revoke tokens immediately without warning for any policy violations
- Service Modifications: We may modify these terms, add restrictions, change features, or discontinue the beta program with reasonable advance notice
- Best-Effort Support: Support is provided on a best-effort basis through official channels only
Agreement
By continuing to use the beta program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all of these terms and restrictions.
